Eligibility
- Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the experience misses the mark.
- Analyses that fail on our side are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal).
How to request

- Our team reviews submissions within two business days.
- Once approved, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 days.
